@ 1st Choice Painting llc. we go the extra steps to make sure you're getting more bang for your Buck. For EXAMPLE after we power wash and prep Exteriors we apply a clear sealer.... Why you might ask??? Because due to the existing paint baking in the Arizona Sun for 5-10 years(or more). That clear sealer absorbs into the chalky surface and bonds to the surface, then with two coats of finish paint you have a longer lasting finish on you home...... And you're welcome
